There are some new non-fiction books in the library--mostly books about animals and plants. Books about Earth Day, recycling and taking care of the earth are on display. It's Poetry Month, so check out a poetry book for fun!!
Spring Book Fair
The Scholastic book fair will be May 5-8, 2008. Monday and Tuesday will be preview ("wishlist") days and Thursday and Friday will be shopping days. There will be some evening hours on Tuesday and Thursday. Watch for signs and flyers for exact evening hours!
Overdue Books
There are no fines for overdue books at Liberty-Benton Elementary. The only time any money is collected is when lost or damaged books need to be paid for.
Library Showcase
Tyler H. (4EB) has his basketball card collection in the library showcase now. We've had Yu-Gi-Oh cards from Landon S. (3H) and Pokemon cards from Kayleen A. (4SP) the last two weeks.
